| What an amazingly beautiful hotel! We travelled from Portland to San Francisco and this was the best hotel stay of our trip. We will certainly stay here again when we're in Napa Valley. |

| 部屋、水回りが新しく清潔。ベッドはふかふかでぐっすり眠れた。フロント前のロビーにあるパソコンで日本語のメールを確認できた。朝食はそれ自体を売りにする程手が込んだものではないが、種類が豊富で軽く朝食を済ませるのには十分。コストパフォーマンスが高い。 |

| eventhough the hotel is focussing on environmental subject, it's so disappointing having a careless choice of breakfast, plastic cutlery & cups in a much too small room, not paying attention to a relaxed breakfast meeting customer's needs |

| I love how they greet you, I love they remember you've stayed there before! I love the smiles you are greeted with @ the front desk. I love every time they see you they address you by name. The hotel is clean, everything works in the room. They also have the best continental breakfast of any hotel I have ever stayed. they have healthy fresh food choices. I will continue to celebrate my birthday by staying @ stevenson manor. |

| If you are looking for lodging for only ONE night and want some features, this is the one. I picked this hotel because it comes with pool, sauna and steam, without any extra charges. Although the sauna room is not working when we were there. The hotel itself doesn't really provide any ambience, but the room is clean and the decor is new. The bedding is particularly comfortable. The free breakfast is nice. |

| My husband and I were so happy with the Best Western. It's been refurbished since the last time we stayed in it. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean. And I actually bring my own cleaning supplies to hotels to just disinfect. I didn't even bother because this room gave off such clean vibes. Our bed was soooo comfortable. We had a fridge AND a microwave which I thought was fantastic. It's walking distance to the town. Our view was lovely. We've stayed at B&B's in the town paid tons more and both agreed we were far more comfortable at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and I've actually raved about the hotel to everyone since we've been back. We stayed at an expensive seashore lodge in Pt. Reyes on the same trip and both agreed that it didn't hold a candle to the Best Western Stevenson Manor. The only thing you will get better at a B&B in town is a fancier breakfast. If you don't mind giving that up then you will be very comfortable at the Best Western. We can't wait to go back. |

| This was my first time to Calistoga & staying at this hotel. Pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was, comfortable beds,clean hotel rooms, very close to downtown & the hotel associates very professional. Had a wonderful time and would stay there again. |
