Recent Clarion Collection Calistoga Review: "Great little hotel in the perfect location at the top of Napa Valley - unbeatable price for that area!
While we were surprised at how comfortable it was for only 2.5 stars - beds were awesome, location incredible, nice rooms... we did discover the reasons why - all of which are avoidable / over-comeable:
be sure request an upstairs room, toward the back of the building. There is very little insulation / sound proofing between the walls, and around the doors. We were up front close to the main office so heard every new guest arrive! But, if you request a room upstairs, and away from the office (which we will do next time), this will be the perfect little retreat!"
