| I chose the hotel for it's location which is close to Indian Springs Spa, but it is not relaxing enough and can ruin your vacation. The housecleaning crew is bossed around by a loud man who really wants to keep them moving quickly in the morning, as if they have several stops afterwards. Even though I put the "Do not disturb" sign out, they still called and woke me to ask if I wanted my room cleaned. The next morning I asked the manager (in person) for a late checkout but the crew (and boss) stayed outside my room and at 11:15 AM they had the manager call me and tell me to check out. |

| Great location and great hotel Wonderful full breakfast and close to wineries. The rooms were very nice and great beds. They have a 100% thermal pool and everything is very clean. They supply robes and towels for the hot tub and pool. I think it is a good deal and nice location near town. We would stay there again. |

| The climate control machinery in the room ran all the time and it blew cold air. The maids wanted to clean the room and asked three times. Kind of disturbing. |

| The Comfort Inn Hot Springs in Calistoga was a very comfy, clean hotel walking distance to Downtown. The king size bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in in a very long time. The staff was super friendly and the complimentary continental breakfast was fresh and the made to order waffles were a nice touch. We will stay here aga in. |

| We were very happy with our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the location convenient. We also liked the continental breakfast. The rooms were quite warm but comfortable with a window open a bit. The pool and hot tub did not appear clean however.
We would stay here again. |

| My husband and I were wine tasting and went up to Calistoga to stay the night. We were very happy with the Comfort Inn. We enjoyed the hot springs as well as sauna and steam room - and the breakfast in the morning was perfect. We had waffles and make egg/sausage sandwiches on english muffins. Staff was very helpful and friendly. For dinner we drove into town and found a great restaurant. Then the next morning we woke up early, got our coffee and walked into town (8 minutes) and spent an hour checking out the shops and town. Great photo opp on the side of BofA with beautiful murals. We are planning on staying again for our next Napa trip in April. |

| The hotel was clean and had a nice hot tub and mineral pool. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is about 1/4 mile from the start of the Silverado trail and less than a mile to town. It was very comfortable, clean and affordable. I recommend it for sure! |

| My 10 year old daughter and I stayed at the Comfort inn During Christmas. I was very satisfied with the service. The staff at the hotel were very helpful especially Sean. He was very professional and went out of his way to make sure our stay at Napa Valley was fun. I will definitely be back! |

| Nice place..Originally was going to have room next to highway, but asked Kelley if we could get one away from it and she switched rooms for us.
Hot tub wasn't quite warm enough for us and Kelley took care of that problem also.
Breakfast was a surprise, with belgian waffles, cereals, sausage, eggs, juice and coffee and all for free. Quite a deal. |
